John Audubon published the original hand colored engraving of the American Flamingo in 1838 with Robert Havell adding to the background and printing the image. In 2022 or 184 years later the James Webb Space Telescope from NASA photographed the Cosmic Cliffs within NGC 3324 in the Carina Nebula.
